The new Mountain View High School will serve approximately 1800 students grades 9 through 12. The 275,000 sf project includes a 3 story structure that surrounds a central courtyard, commons, revitalized sports fields, pedestrian and vehicular circulation, bus drop off locations, and parking lots for visitors, staff, and students.
Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary School is a community driven school in Vancouver, WA. It includes 24 classrooms for early learning through 5th grade. The classrooms are uniquely configured to provide exterior views and natural light while also providing flexible connections to adjacent collaborative spaces. In addition to the educational program, the school includes a FCRC and community gym.
Warby Parker stores are tenant improvement projects that range from 250 sf to 2,000 sf. Each retail space includes custom millwork, a custom reference desk, and custom display cases. Most stores include a back of house office and restroom, while select stores have eye exam rooms. Modern materials were chosen to elevate the patrons'
shopping experience.
